In most forms of poker there is a special ‘Dealers button.’ Usually, it is a red button with letter ‘D’ on it. The person who is assigned the button is called ‘the dealer.’ Both big and small blinds are set according to it. A player is only called the dealer, but is not responsible for the real dealer’s obligations, such as dealing the cards.
The 'button' is being from player to player during the game in a clockwise rotation. After the end of one hand, the dealer’s button is passed to the person sitting immediately to the left of the dealer.
